BLT CHAFFLE
I am back so soon, because now I want to show you what
I used and put on my chaffle. Not sure on the calories. I really should check
on that and the carbs. As I get better at posting I hope that I can be that
source of information.
The total points on the BLT Chaffle is 3 WW blue
points.
BLT Chaffle
Ingredients

Instructions:
1. Make the chaffle first. The recipe is in
the previous post.
2. I always fold my bacon and lay in the
dash, for a minute to warm it up and make a little crispy.
3. Then put together the BLT. I usually do a
little mayo on top and bottom. I salt and pepper them also. Then the lettuce
and tomato, bacon.
4. Stack it up and cut in half .

This was a really low point lunch and I would
have probably been satisfied completely but I had that dag on parsnip sitting
around so I made some fries.
